Grabeh Chicken Soup, Shrimp Bisque and Beef Bone Broth in 500 g pouches

Our story

Why we started Grabeh

We live in a world of endless choice. Shelves are full of food that tastes amazing, and so much of it is made with lots of sugar. We don’t think that’s an accident. We believe the food industry uses sugar almost like a drug: to make us crave more, buy more and keep the profits flowing.

We wanted to make the opposite. Food built on ingredients that actually matter: real bone broth, egg white protein, collagen and good fats. Food that’s easy to prepare, takes minutes rather than hours, and doesn’t cost a fortune.

That’s Grabeh: a warm, savoury bowl you can make at home, at work or on the go. Big on flavour, no added sugar, no fuss.

Our mission

Every bowl gives back

Grabeh started with a simple belief: everyone deserves real, nourishing food. That’s why we donate a portion of our profits to feed malnourished and hungry children in the Philippines, and to help underprivileged Filipino families, and communities in other developing countries, learn more about nutrition.

In many places, cheap mass-produced food has become the easy choice. It’s filling and affordable, but often low in nutrients and high in starch and sugar. Yet the Philippines is rich in nutrient-dense foods that grow right on the doorstep.

Nature’s pantry

  • Coconut
  • Malunggay (moringa)
  • Kangkong (water spinach)
  • Camote (sweet potato) and its leaves
  • Ampalaya (bitter gourd)
  • Papaya
  • Saba banana
  • Squash
  • Duck eggs
  • Soy and tofu
  • Mung beans (monggo)
  • Peanuts and other legumes

We want to help families rediscover these foods: cooking with what is local, affordable and good, and passing that knowledge on to the next generation. Not charity from above, but knowledge shared, side by side with the communities themselves.
